Seeing the response from owner asking for feedback I edited my review. I specifically asked Metro Title to review the deed before recorded (I work with deeds constantly in my profession), Metro title did not send me the deeds to review before recording and did not even acknowledge my request. Additionally they twice sent only portions of all the deeds that were recorded and I had to email them to get the full versions of the deeds. Title work is a very detail intense industry and I was not impressed by my experience with Metro Title.
