As our world family continues to deal with the COVID-19 virus, we at Metro Title Associates are taking every possible precaution to ensure that we're doing our part to resist the spread of this virus. In addition to sanitizing our offices regularly, the following protocols are in place:
- Closings: If you have a closing scheduled with us, please bring only those people who absolutely need to be present. This especially applies to children. Please help us maintain a clean and virus-free environment by disinfecting yourself and others before you enter our facilities. Your cooperation will ensure a safe environment to conduct closings.
- Metro Title Associates asks that any non-essential visitors please suspend your calls on our offices until it is determined that it is once again safe to do so.
- Virtual closings will be implemented where we are able. Please ask your escrow team if your closing qualifies for an online closing.
- We will be working with a limited staff in the offices. As several of our employees have been moved to a work-from-home model, we will continue to perform our duties and provide the level of service you have come to expect and trust from Metro Title Associates.
Additional measures may be put into place as this crisis develops. Metro’s focus is the safety and well-being of our customers, our staff, and our families. By conforming to CDC recommendations, as well as good old common sense, we are confident that the dangerous potential of this virus can be greatly mitigated. It is our commitment to do everything in our power to be responsible members of our community and to put the concern of each of you first.
